The BASKETT range of tilting Kettles are designed to satisfy the more sophisticated and specialized requirements of a busy kitchen, but without renouncing to prerequisites such as: flexibility, ease of operation, safety and long term durability which are all essential features for this type of equipment.
The variable speed mixer facilitates preparation of base ingredients, directly inside the pan; reducing handling times to a minimum.
Mixer can be easily removed, allowing the Kettle to be used for normal boiling purposes too.
