The Microcut® MCH 20 is the fundamental basis to rationalize the food process in the craftman industry, meat industry and in the restaurant food administration. It is the right machine in industries which produce fine stuff, more or less coarse stuff, sausages, baby food, cooking steady emulsions,...The Microcut® is also ideal for the production of rind emulsions.
Whatever the process is, a simple cutting and a good mixing are necessary before entering the Microcut®. The slanted tooth cutting ring system refines the product in a very short period of time up to the wished sharpness and makes emulsions without melting while cooking. The Stephan® Microcut has a an exclusive advantage : no metallic friction between the cutting tools while working.
The patented Stephan® feeding spiral and cutting system insure a smooth and fine end product, without air admission, whatever the product and fineness firstly are. Excepted the greasing of sealing ring, there is no need of special maintenance.
The Stephan® Microcut is easy using and polyvalent.
